If you have a concern, complaint or grievance (including but not limited to labour-related issues, environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, business integrity issues, compliance issues, potential conflicts of interest, etc.) relating to the firm, our funds, or any of our portfolio companies - we want to hear from you.
Concerns can be raised confidentially using the enquiry form on this page (select "Grievance" in the dropdown menu for Enquiry type) or by emailing contact@january.capital.
All submissions are recorded, reviewed and managed through our internal procedures. Each concern is categorised, investigated as appropriate, and tracked through to resolution - with oversight by a designated senior representative and regular reporting to senior management and the Board.
